In our Second and Third grade class we have a pet.  A hermit crab.  His name is Shelly.  Shelly is a very active Hermit crab and sometimes pinches.  We love having him in our class.  Every week another student gets to take Shelly home.  That's how we learn to fulfill the Mitzvah of taking care of animals.  Shelly has a brown shell, and he has a cool cage.  He is really fun!
